What to expect when you arrive for you treatment...
I have some guidelines so you have an idea of what to expect when you next come for your Reflexology treatment.
1 – All treatments to take place on the couch to ensure it can be wiped down and sprayed with Antibacterial before and after each client.
2 – Soft Furnishings will be removed such as pillows, ornaments etc
3 – Windows or a door will be open during the treatment - so please dress accordingly
4 - 30 minutes will be left between each client to allow time for cleaning
5 – Please arrive on time, not early please as I may be in the room cleaning and won’t be able or allowed to let you in to wait.
6 – Therapist to wear a mask unless facial treatment is in place and visor and mask will be worn.
7 – Please bring / wear a mask - as of 8th August 2020 government guidelines are that customers are to wear masks. If you do forget I can provode one at a cost of £3 so please do not forget.
8 – Contactless payment which can be up to value of £45 or you can pay in advance by balance transfer or pay by cash - please bring the correct amount if paying in cash.
9 – You are welcome to bring in your own blanket, I cannot provide one
10 – Please bring in your own water
11 – If you have any covid symptoms please cancel your appointment
12 – Hand sanitiser for both you and I before entering treatment room and leaving at the garden gate.
13 – I will be waiting for you with the gate open so you don’t have to knock.
14 – Toilet facilities are available if it is absolutely necessary – but please be prepared to wait while this is sanitised and wait for me after while I sanitise again – this WILL take up some your treatment time.
15 – I use a fresh spatula for balms and creams between each client
16 – Hot towels are sterilised and towels I use for feet are always fresh for individual clients and will be washed at highest temperature after each working day.
17 - Social distancing to be maintained where possible until treatment is started then after treatment social distancing will be maintained
